This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Online consultations - brilliant!

I think the processes the surgery has put in place since the pandemic began are excellent and should be considered as a permanent change for the future. As someone who works full time, it is so easy to fill out an online form with my symptoms and for a short call with a doctor before picking up my prescription quickly. Fantastic. This must be so much more cost effective and is a welcome improvement in this digital age. Also, my annual asthma checkup was done on line which a form and a quick call with the nurse. Excellent. Please, please keep these processes in place post pandemic - the surgery must move forward with the times.
