This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Trying to get my 9 MONTH OLD help for weeks!

I contacted the doctors 3 weeks ago regarding my little one having a cold and the cough remaining 4 weeks later along with the cold symptoms beginning to return. I tied again a couple weeks later as agreed, put the form in to receive a reply saying they need to see him they have booked me in,,, I ring to say I can't make it I will be at work is there any other times, to hear nothing back. I then ring again they update message, still nothing back. I ring again to be told she could see all my messages you will have to put a new form in! Put a form in Select the option to be resolved within 2 hours (after already waiting 3 weeks!) and that after 11am i will not be available to answer my phone, I then get to my phone after work 2 missed calls, to then receive an email at 10 past 7 saying "Despite several attempts I could not get through to you. I am not around for the rest of the week so I need to close this query so you can fill another form if you need help. Absolutely disgusted by the service !! My 9 month old is struggling! There is nothing more I can do to help him!
