This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Receptionist was absolutely dreadful

I called up this morning due to being unable to get an appointment online. It was for my 5 month old son who has been seriously ill in hospital. When I spoke with the receptionist she told me that I need to do it online and that she was unable to do it over the phone. I then said I was unable to as it kept saying error occurred. And she told me basically it wasn't her problem and to do it online and hung up on me. I was in such distress. I called up again and spoke with a lady who kindly done the appointment online and it was sorted however a few hours later I called back to ask what the girls name was to make a formal complaint and was answered with the same girl again who had hung up on me and I asked her what her name was as there was no need to hang up on me. I wasnt angry, I wasn't aggressive, I was concerned for my son and needed an appointment and she said I don't need to know her name and that she knows all my details and I said what do you mean you know my details of course you do and she said exactly and hung up on me again. I was traumatised by this call.... I was so upset with how I was spoken too..
