  The care is good but it usually takes me around 30 minutes to get through on the phone which is costly, especially when you're on Universal Credit like me.

  I can always get an appointment, doctors are great. The learning disabilities specialist nurse is fantastic. Very informative and caring.

  They have a specialist learning disability nurse and mental health, she's wonderful. Very approachable and informative.

  Very informative, very helpful and very straightforward. Designated staff for patients with learning disabilities. It can be difficult to get appointments.

  Generally I find it difficult to get appointments but if I say it's for my kids I will usually always get in the same day. It's a good surgery.

  Every time you ring you always get an appointment which is what you want! I've had the same doctor there my whole life and he knows my whole family and now my son. It's a really good practice.
