Original Feedback for Mulbarton Surgery:

No help

I attempted to make an appointment for my poorly 4 year old today, 1 hour and 7 minutes on hold to be Told to go to the walk in centre, despite my concerns she had Strep A. 4 hour wait at the WIC to be told it’s more than likely Strep and to take antibiotics. My 4 year old had to sit 4 hours in a room full of already ill people, she was being sick. No place for her to be or have spent that length of time when ill when the surgery could have seen her, as we live 2 minutes away. Can never get appointments and when you do you are fobbed off. An absolute disgrace.
