This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Excellent continuity of care

The team at the surgery offer an excellent service, I have to have appointments with two or three members of staff and the continuity of care is excellent. The reception staff are knowledgeable and direct you appropriately to see the most suitable clinician for your medical needs. There are two points that I would like to make though, one being that I feel the surgery would benefit from appointing more GP's as the waiting times are getting longer and in my opinion unreasonable. The other point is that on a couple of occasions I have overheard receptionist talking to patients on the telephone and was able to hear personal details, this needs to be addressed as it should not be the case as we live in a small community where people know each other.
