Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

This used to be a patient-friendly dentist...

I smashed out one of my front teeth so made a visit to the dentist: she took one look and said I would need to see someone more specialist. She gave me the contact details for a private dentist in Norwich. NHS was not suggested as an option, I was shocked, especially at this was estimated to cost from £250 - £1000. As I wasn't willing to pay I just continued without the front tooth. I went back for another appointment recently, I signed in and waited half an hour. Eventually, the receptionist came over, looking very sheepish, and said the dentist would not be willing to see me. Probably because I'd left some negative feedback on the comment cards I'd picked up at the surgery. Before the surgery became corporate I had a good relationship with my previous dentist.
