This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Happy to see different dentist

The last time we visited the dentist, my son's dentist had changed. The new dentist seemed better than the old one as the old one would have finished his check in what felt like less than a minute. I was informed that my son's dentist (who I never had a say in) only works between certain hours, so unless I take my son in the holidays I would have to pull him out of school to attend the dentist which is about an hour away from his school. For a check up if there is no serious dental issues that requires a dedicated dentist, in a relatively big practice like Mydentist, you should just be able to book a time that suits and not be too bothered about the dentist that is available.
