This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Treatment is good but had issues with charges

The treatment we've received is good and the staff are too. But when my wife fell out of bed and broke her front crowns, it already cost us a lot to get them replaced. Then the surgery arranged for her to see the hygienist afterwards and tried to charge us an extra £48 on top of the treatment charge we'd just paid. The receptionist said, don't worry it's okay you don't have to pay it and we went home. Later in the afternoon, they called us to say we had to pay for the hygienist visit since we'd requested it but we hadn't.
