As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Horrific experience

I had a horrific experience at this dentist. The dentist had said I had the option of either a tooth removal or a root canal. I returned and decided to have the root canal treatment. She then denied offering these options and said she would remove the tooth. She was rude and very scary and began to give me the injection. As she started to take out the tooth my mouth wasn't numb. I flinched and she told me that it didn't hurt and I was overreacting. At this point I was in tears and told her to stop what she was doing and left the dentist. After several attempts of speaking to the manager re my complaint. I was told my original x-ray was lost and there was no proof that a root canal was offered. I moved dentist and had the tooth removed. The woman was a monster, it took me two years to be able to visit the new dentist.
