Unable to contact

Tried to contact the Siskin Centre on 19th January at 8.30am as in a lot of pain. They play a recorded message and then cut you off after a few rings. Rang back countless times and then gave up. It is an appalling service which does not even allow you to wait in a queue or give you the option to email. I ended up going to the Hellesdon practice privately and paid £285 to have the tooth removed. My NHS dentist retired and since then I have found it impossible to register with another one or even join a waiting list. West Earlham gave me an urgent NHS appointment but when I got there they just looked at the tooth and refused to take it out as I was not registered. What is the point of giving urgent NHS appointments if they won’t actually treat you? The whole system needs an overhaul. NHS dental services should be allocated on clinical need not on whether you are lucky enough to be registered!
