Worrying wait times for appointments

Never able to get urgent appointments. Its either an emergency or a 2-3 week wait. Doesn't seem to be any well-women service available to monitor your health after 60 yrs like there used to be. Luckily I saw an advert and managed to attend my local church for a health check recently, which revealed some concerns. It's getting harder and harder to look after your health via doctors these days. My 88 yr old disabled neighbours health is also not monitored regularly and she is deteriorating, but no-seems interested in reviewing her, so she just copes and I am worried for her. Since Covid most organisations are almost back to normal services, so why not Doctors Surgeries?
