Emailed more than 20 dentists

I had a dental extraction + a reconstruction of part of my mandibular bone and I’m due for an implant in December. I don’t seem to be able to get an appointment. I’ve tried calling 111, looking in here https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-a-dentist and e-mailing more than 20 dentists and I don’t know what else to do. I don’t have any pain now but I need this sorted out and I’d rather not pay 4+ grand for the surgery by going to a overpriced dentist.
