Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Keep the language and tone civil
Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Another Practice GONE PRIVATE

No NHS appointments available since February 2022. I have written to our MP George Freeman several times about this and have made formal complaints to NHS to no avail. Like other reviewers I am appalled that 18,000 registered patients at Clarence House have no affordable dental care available. One ex-employee told me in confidence that Together Dental are only in it for the money and have no ethical compass in regard to their patients. We 18,000 ignored patients are all taxpayers and deserve better. Mid Norfolk is already deprived enough why do the NHS fail to pay dentists enough through their contracts? The government is to blame for not sorting out contracts over the last three years. This is a disgrace, I feel like I am wasting my time feeding back because no one really cares.
