Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Contacted many dental surgeries

I moved to Long Stratton over the summer and after contacting many dental surgeries I can not seem to find any taking on new patients, some with no waiting list and others with one up to 2 years! Me and my 2 children are well over due an appointment. I realise appointment might take a while to book in during these uncertain times but I'd at least like to know I am able to get one in the next couple of months.
