Recently broken front tooth

I have recently broken a front tooth (among other issues, including some broken rear teeth) and need treatment, but because there is no pain, bleeding or swelling it is not classed as an emergency according to NHS 111. However I have no regular dentist at the moment and feel like I have now called every dentist in the area trying to find one. I have used the NHS Find a Service page but sadly this is not regularly updated and the few places that said they were taking new NHS patients said otherwise on the telephone. I am really not sure what to do at this point. As I also suffer from anxiety the act of telephoning so many places alone has been very difficult, and I am concerned that my problems will only worsen if I am unable to access routine treatment. Access to dental care in this area is evidently in a dire situation, as I have been trying on and off for more than a year now with no success, having instead to treat mild to moderate problems at home (or leave them untreated where there's nothing I can do) until they become an emergency. I would also add that it seems odd that so many dentists only take NHS patients "with referral from a dental practitioner", when one would expect those with someone to refer them to already have access to some form of treatment.
