Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Desperately need to see a dentist

I called my dentist I was registered with, for a painful tooth issues, and they have deducted me as I have not been to them in awhile. I have contacted and emailed all dentists in this area and broader and no-one is able to register myself and my son. I honestly don’t know what to do, as I desperately need to see a dentist. I do understand that at the moment this is very different and difficult times, but we just need to be registered somewhere.
