I had an accident and dislocated my shoulder

I went to A&E and they put the joint back together. I was then sent for a scan/x-ray and given the all clear and that it looked okay. They implied that after 3 months I would be able to raise my arm above my head. I had 6 months of physiotherapy but it made no difference, I could not raise my arm. The physio said that there is nothing they could do for me, so I went back to my doctor. They did another scan and this time discovered a torn tendon in my arm. The consultant said sorry but that they can't do surgery on that but that they would re-refer for physiotherapy. The physiotherapy made no difference a year on. The physio tried to sign me off, I said no because where do I go from there? I've had to sell my house and possessions because I cant live by myself. I've had to move into a residential home.
