Can't grumble

I have been in A+E and then older people's medicine. It was good I can't grumble. It has its faults - people in the wards needed feeding, people couldn't reach it themselves and then it got taken away from them without them eating it. The food is diabolical, really awful. All people complained about it - my daughter cooked food and brought it in for me. The care was good though, I felt well cared for. I was left for 3 days without a wash and 6 hours my bed was wet as I spilled some water and they said they would change it but they didn't - but I know they're busy but they're happy to get the family to do the basic care jobs
