This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Unacceptable wait for MRI scan

Was referred to an orthopaedic surgeon in May 22 for a knee problem. Saw him early December but he wanted a MRI scan. 3 months later and I'm told that I am in a backlog for scans. It will soon be a year since I was referred and I'm not even on a list for treatment. Meanwhile I am in constant pain and have lost mobility.
