    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this.     Very quick to resolve my situation

    111 recommended A&E and I was admitted to the ward within 2-3hrs. I was in a corridor for 3 days but I didn't mind and then I was moved to an en-suite room which was comfortable and private, although the shower leaked! I was moved again and enjoyed getting to know other patients. I would have preferred a bit of notice before moving and more updates about why my MRI was delayed and how long it might be. I also had to arrange my own discharge. The food was ok!
