Rude staff, no real answers and horrendous wait time

I experienced sudden excruciating pain in my abdomen around 8pm, decided to sit with it for a while incase the pain went away, and by 9.30pm I was vomiting with blood. Went to A&E and none of the staff seemed to care. The triage nurse was judgemental and rude, she also made a face and the cuts and scars on my arms and legs which was very unprofessional. After having a blood test I waited 5 hours for the results. My partner kept telling the nurses that my pain was getting worse and that I was vomiting more blood and they simply told him to sit back down. After blood tests results came back a nurse took me into a little bay and asked a few standard questions and prodded my stomach, actually pressed so hard on the painful area it made me cry. She told me my bloods were fine and there was no indication of infection or inflammation. She then asked if I smoked cannabis, I told her I used to but haven't smoked anything in well over a month, then she told me that the smoking is what's caused my pain and told me it's inflammation (but previously said my bloods were fine and there's no inflammation). She told me to wait in the bed I was in and then not even 2 minutes later another nurse came round and kicked me out of the bed and told me to go wait in the waiting room (which was filthy, drinks spilt, cups and food on the floor, tissues on the floor). The nurse that kicked me out then gave me some painkillers and said 'go now' and pointed at the exit and walked away. I am very unhappy with my treatment, the wait time and the staffs attitude and behaviour. No one seemed to care about any of the patients waiting, the staff were all busy laughing with eachother, and I don't think that my problem has been properly diagnosed. I am still in agony and vomiting blood.
