Original Feedback for Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH):

Staff were kind and respectful each time I visited. I have had to have two outpatient procedures in the space of a month. At the second procedure although staff were very good and respectful I felt very rushed at the end.

My appointment was in gynaecology and the procedure i had went OK. I felt dizzy during, staff were very good and respectful. I was not feel well when the procedure had finished, however I felt rushed to get dressed and leave. So much so I was extremely unwell as I left the department, and had to stop 3 times on the short walk back to the car, I was even sick at one point. I feel if more time was taken to allow for proper recovery this would have avoided. I feel quite let down by the department due to this
