As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. I was admitted as an emergency patient after becoming ill with severe anemia. The care I received on A&E was excellent, however delays occurred due to the ambulance staff using different equipment to that which the hospital staff were using.

The emergency response and treatment I received in A&E was excellent, however the equipment the paramedics used in the ambulance differed from that which the hospital staff used. This led to a delay in my transfer into A&E while the equipment was switched over - apparently the suppliers were not the same, leading to a lack of coordination between the technology. Later I returned for day surgery and found myself being treated, along with others, in an area where we wouldn't normally, due to how busy they were. This impacted patient confidentiality as patients were being talked to within a confined area and we were able to overhear each other's conversations
