GP at GP front door rushed my consultation and did not listen to my concerns, I was sent home and needed the out of hours doctor overnight

I had chest symptoms and was told it was a virus my concerns were dismissed that I had an infection. I have type 1 diabetes and I knew I had an infection as my blood sugars were very high. I was not liistened to. I was sent home with advise to take Paracetomol by the GP who gave me only 5 minutes. Overnight my symptoms got worse I called 111 a very nice GP came out, I had a chest infection, I also had ketonnnes and was close to becoming ketotic. The GP gave me good ad use and linked me to the diabetes specialist nurse at the hospital to help get my blood sugars back down The GP front door service did not listen to me, treated me like a number to get through the service as quickly as possible.
