    Customer flags for wheelchair users

My son is a wheelchair user and we regularly go for heart check ups, ECG’s etc. Every time we go we get called in and then sent back to the waiting area because they realise he's in a wheelchair and need a bigger room. Why can’t they flag it on the computer on his notes to ensure the appropriate room is booked for his appointments. This has been happening for years. Where I work we use customer flags all the time. Doesn’t seem that difficult, it would save the hospital time and dramatically improve our experience.
