Surgical errors poor after care

After many wrong diagnosis from childhood I finally was Diagnosed in 2013 with hereditary PRSS1 pancreatitis and told there is nothing more that can be done for me, I’ve had many failed ercp to remove stones and a failed operation in a London hospital, was referred back to nnuh in 2014, had a nasal jujudenum tube for 5 years but had many many problems with them not being put in the correct position or would displace, 2017 had a low profile stomach jundenal tube inserted - was suppose to have key hole but when awoken had to have surgery to place the tube which has now left me with a 8-9 inch scar - I am having continuous problems & pain with the tube and the hole where the tube is placed and have attended the hospital on many occasions but will be sent home in continuous pain & left to self medicate until anything can be dealt with. I have complained to my consultant and I am either told that the problems would be dealt with or cut short as if it’s not important! I am also promised this will be resolved and not happen again as they will pass information on but I am being still being failed and have no more faith in them, each time I am having the procedure to insert the tube they are not sedating me neither are they listening to me when I explain to them that my veins break when needles are inserted, they continue to use normal size canulars/ needles which results in me being in lots of pain and discomfort & bruised veins - I have been into iru to have a tube replaced and again no sedation given and no anaesthetic! Was very painful and was held down whilst tube inserted- dr explained that the tube isn’t in correct place due to the difficult situation of me not being sedated and expects me to be back within 4 weeks! I have no one to contact for my after care except a voice mail of my consultant receptionist and have to wait 8 months for my appointments to be seen - I’m scared to go back to the hospital or continue my tube feeding due to this horrendous experience but I feel I should not be left to feel the rest of my life I have left should be lived in pain.
