As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Problems with appointments

I have had a few problems around appointments with the oral health department. They were supposed to contact me for a follow up appointment and never did. I tried to call them several times but couldn't get through to anyone. They contacted me months later to offer me a next day appointment, but it was not enough notice. This has happened to me a couple of times recently. I'm often waiting a long time before appointments in waiting rooms. At the end of my last appointment, they seemed unsure what to do with me and were trying to find a suitable specialist to send me to, which wasn't very reassuring. Having said that, the staff are nice and I am treated well enough.
