This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Cancelled his appointment, and other stuff...

I care for a patient with poor mobility and eyesight. I took him to the eye clinic, get there, and they've cancelled his appointment. I sent a letter, explaining that he's very elderly, can't see, and his wife has dementia. The letter wasn't acted on. A phone call would have given the message. The consultant he saw was very good and stayed on her lunchbreak to see him. The consultant he saw was excellent, however, I think the admin is very poor.
