    More space for wheelchairs

I've taken my wife for several scans and x rays and do find it difficult with my wife being in a wheelchair. At one appointment it took myself and 4 nurses to get my wife on to a trolley. Some departments have a hoist but the staff do not seem confident to use it. The waiting areas don't seem to have enough space for wheelchairs either so you end up having to partially block the walkways. Why not have some folding chairs like on buses to make more space for people in chairs, so they aren't sitting in the corridors.
