Running of the place is terrible

Me and my little girl are both deaf and go for regular checks at audiology, her more frequently than me. Staff are lovely but the running of the place is terrible. They are lovely but they are shouting out your name or number. Tellies all over the hospital have subtitles and big screens but nothing deaf aware in audiology. Actual consultants are great, they talk slowly and are patient. But the waiting area is very hard for deaf people - I've fed this back. My only negative experience of the hospital but it's the department I use the most. This affects older people too.
