Too many people using the service

I've been to orthopaedics with a broken ankle and problems with my back. Waiting room for the x ray was very busy, treatment was fine and it's not their fault, just too many people using their services. Why is there no heart specialist, all well and good for tests etc. but very difficult for people to visit you in Papworth. Also when they built the new hospital they stole the endoscopy unit so that it stopped in Cromer. They say that it's more efficient but when you have anaesthetic you can't drive so if you can't find anyone to take you home it can be £100 in taxi!
