Wrong inpatient medication

After I had back surgery I spent some time as an inpatient. The nurse who was managing the ward had a limited grasp of English, and when it came to delivering the medication to me and five other patients on the ward, she got four of them wrong. We knew it was the wrong medication, but when we brought it up with her she was really abrupt and wouldn't have any of it. Eventually we got it sorted, but had to ask a second nurse to double check. This was uncharacteristic as other than this isolated incident, I've received nothing but good care from NNUH.
