Oral Health Department Fiasco

I was referred by my dentist surgery in Barrack Street, Norwich back in September for removal of a tooth. This is the second one I had in 2018, dentist refuses to do it, due to the Rheumatoid Arthritis medication I’m on. Weeks went by & no news. That began the farcical saga of trying to find out when I would be seen. I was told the referral was sent to a third party & had to be “triaged” or something & they couldn't do anything until it came back. Chased it numerous times & nothing, no one dealt with it. Eventually I put a complaint in to the hospital. Got a lengthy e-mail describing the complaint process, but even this wasn't followed! I chased this up, still unable to find out what was going on. Finally someone did come back to me & told me there was an issue with my dentist doing the referral & it being “thrown out”.But no one thought to inform me, I could have chased the dentist about it (though they are pretty poor in how they’re run). This was weeks before Christmas, last I heard they couldn't get hold of the dentist who did referral or manager of the surgery. I & others have complained about the “My Dentist” surgery, yet nothing has been done? So here we are halfway into January 2019 & I still don't know what’s happening with this.
