No common sense

You see nurses standing around, staff watching television around the workstation. They dismissed my mum who was on a ward, they have no common sense. Mum was urinating all over the floor and no one came to mop it. The supervision on the wards when she was there was rubbish. Senior staff shouldn't be dishing out the food, they don't have auxiliary nurses anymore that used to do the menial tasks, this has an impact on care, it should be common sense. The culture just doesn't want to change.
