Initially misdiagnosed

My mother was completely misdiagnosed at the N&N a few years ago. She had agonising pain in her hips, but they kept insisting it was a back problem. It wasn't until I send a couple letters of complaint that they listened and said they would operate. She was in that much pain that we were going to go private which would have cost 20k for both hips. Her visit to the hospital was good when she actually got to go, she was looked after very well it just took 3 years and a lot of pain to get her there.
