This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Rude catering staff

Ward was good but rude catering staff. Our little one was ill so we had to use tickets to get food. We missed the food orders on the ward so went to get food. The lady was rude about us giving the tickets in and we had to wait until everyone else has finished. Asked to see management and they were good about it and apologised. A number of other people on the ward said they had the same experience as us. The paediatrician told us a few fibs another time and was making decisions without seeing my son too.
