Hit and miss

It took 18 months for me to get my diagnosis; I often had 16 week waits between appointments which slowed the diagnosis down. I completely understand that staff are overworked, but experience varies so much here. One time I was admitted by 111 on a Saturday and the Doctor I saw patted me on the head and told to go to see my GP on Monday. Another time I was admitted I saw in with the specialist within 10 minutes. I also wonder why there can't be specific car parks reserved just for patients, rather than all car parks being for patients and visitors?
