Good support when I came out of hospital

I had a fall at the end of June and my neighbours called an ambulance for me. I spent a couple of days in hospital, they looked after me very well and I went straight onto the ward. I was sent home with further help for 5 days which was really useful. They gave me a zimmer frame and a lift for the toilet. While I was in hospital they didn't x-ray my back and I do still get some pain from this now. They did several blood tests and so has my doctor since and I keep hearing different things from different people about whether I'm diabetic or not which is a little confusing.
