Staff were quite rude

The staff in the Rheumatology department were quite rude to me. They said they'd sent me a letter which I've never received. I come to the hospital quite often and we've never had an issue with receiving hospital letters. I mentioned it to the staff and they just told me three times 'Well you have had a letter'. When I said that I hadn't, all they kept saying was 'you have had a letter'. I needed an appointment sooner but now I don't have one until next year. The staff said I was being abusive but I wasn't, it was just their attitude with me. I've also had instance where the toilets in the hospital weren't clean. We're not sure if that's just down to the people that day but it could be that they're struggling to keep it clean.
