This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

They have been wonderful

We've never had any query about the treatment we've had. They have been wonderful. The staff are all very good but I think sometimes that's all about how you treat them. They usually communicate very well. However this time, they rang and said they'd send a letter to confirm but never did. But I being an ex-nurse myself, I understand they're busy. I do usually get a letter though and they're easier than a phone call, they're very easy to understand too. Only one improvement I'd like to see: using an unattainable number when they call because I don't usually answer these numbers so I might miss something important.
