Doctors can be vague, but still happy

I have regular check ups that are supposed to be 6 monthly, but they are more like every 10/11 months. The waiting list is too long and I always have to ring up to chase appointments. Once I'm here I am very happy with everything apart from I think sometimes the consultants can be a bit a bit vague. Other than that it is a good service, and all the staff - including the receptionists - are really cheerful. The hospital send me letter and a confirmation of the appointment on my phone to let me know, which is really helpful. The only other thing is that the car park is terrible, I'm really pushed to find a space.
