Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Alright experience

Alright experience - not been too bad. The staff have been brilliant. It took 2 months to get an appointment here. I've seen on the board that there's an hour delay and I've taken time out of work for my appointment so I'll have to wait and see how long the delay is but at the moment it's not too bad. The lady on the desk round the corner wasn't very nice when I went to the wrong area and got lost.
