Lovely people but very chaotic

Lovely people but very chaotic. Good, nice and caring but the systems were disconnected. I was in hospital for five days and was on nil by mouth. One day the lady came and said because my operation had been cancelled that day I could have some food but then afterwards another lady flew into the ward all flustered and said 'you haven't eaten yet have you? Because you could have had your operation.' The poor porter was walking extra miles that day because he'd told me all the operations were being cancelled. They were going to send me home without any operation or any date for my operation. If I hadn't been firm, I could have been chucked out no further forward. When I woke up from the operation I was in more pain and no one could explain why. I also had a shared shower and toilet and it was filthy.
