Couldn't fault it

I've visited a number of departments - ophthalmology, A&E and cardiology. I couldn't fault it! I was blue lighted in three times and that was fine too. I've had to wait a few times but other times had no wait at all (with my heart). The staff attitude can vary. There was one time when I was in hospital that I rang the bell because I was in a lot of pain and no one came though. I went to another ward to find someone and got an earful and they just weren't very empathetic. However with visits recently everyone has been very nice - all staff, receptionists and doctors.
