Very good - some challenges for community car

Very good hospital but there are some challenges we face as a community car driver. We're only meant to be drivers but now we're also coming into the waiting areas with people to assist them. We regularly have to come in pairs too. Today I've had to come with my husband because the patient is very poorly and has to bring oxygen tanks. We find we can't drop people off in the drop off bays because people get impatient and start beeping at us while we try to unload them. The disabled bays are always full so we can't park there and it's just not feasible to get wheelchairs on and off using the Park & Ride at my age. The service you get once here is good. Everyone tries to help us and the reception team are very helpful - we've never had any problems.
