As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Oral Health Clinic running on time today

Up to now my experience has been good. We've been straight in on time - no problems. The car park was a bit confusing though. It's not clear what you need to do and the guy was quite sarcastic. Now we've done it once we know for next time. The staff in the hospital are very good - they've explained everything to me and the treatment explanation has been very very good. They're very friendly and helpful.
