People want nice treatment from the hospital

I think what people look for from the hospital is friendship and nice treatment which I see nurses and doctors do lots of. One doctor and one nurse were grand with a dementia patient - just amazing! Improvements I'd suggest would be around wait times - they're currently a couple of months to get an appointment. It would be good to have more staff in A&E in 'rush hours'. It's good that patients can ask for food at any time - they can get food, water and team at any time. I would give staff communication between themselves 3 stars but communication with patients would be 4 stars.
