Parking, buses and smoking are a big issue

The staff were all excellent today and on-time. It's important to me that the appointments run on time and they usually do. The buses are another matter! I get the bus in due to parking being such an issue. Me and my wife have been up here a lot lately, she volunteers here, and the Number 21 bus has been so unpredictable. It's either really late or it never shows up at all and we have no idea of knowing what's going on. In the city they have electronic signs that tell you when to expect the bus, we need those here. There are two things I'd improve: Firstly, I'd enforce the parking rules. People park where they shouldn't and it's never enforced at all. Secondly, I'd have strong enforcement for the smoking rule. Every time I'm here I see people smoking and no one ever stops them. It's terrible.
