This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. We can't fault it

We can't fault it considering all the criticism the NHS gets. They've been great for my husband but I guess it helps that he was already in the system. I wish parking was easier but that's nobody's fault, it's just that the population has grown since it was built. We've found a way round it though because my husband can't walk very far. So I have to drop him off close to the hospital and then I go back and find somewhere to park and it's worked for us so far. Since COVID waiting times haven't been bad. The most important thing to me when visiting the hospital is people being pleasant and helpful. This is especially important when the hospital can be a bit like a maze sometimes so you may not know your way round. We've got quite used to it now but not everyone does. An improvement I'd like to see is more ladies toilets, this is quite important for me.
